Christina Arnone

Christina leads the insurance litigation practice group at Stinson LLP. She has 15+ years of experience helping businesses navigate insurance disputes. Christina litigates complex insurance issues on behalf of policyholders across the country and has helped her clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds. She also advises businesses during policy placement and drafts insurance, indemnity and other risk-shifting provisions in commercial contracts, including financial agreements, technology and software contracts, and construction, property development and manufacturing agreements. She assists businesses with insurance claims under all types of commercial insurance policies.

Christina routinely advises on and helps secure insurance coverage after data breaches, ransomware attacks and other cybersecurity events.  She has been recognized for her legal work by Benchmark Litigation, Super Lawyers, Missouri Lawyers Weekly, and Ingram’s Magazine. Christina serves in leadership roles for the American Bar Association’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
